Soundproofing

Industrial soundproofing shouldn’t be seen only as a legal requirement. A quieter factory is a safer and more productive one.

PPE’s sometimes cannot be avoided, but they shouldn’t be seen as the solution for limiting exposure levels to 80dB across an 8-hour shift.

Technicians at no pollution Industrial Systems have over 40 years of experience in designing, fabricating and installing soundproofing enclosures in all industrial settings, from metalworking to bottling plants.

We combine functionality, accessibility, performance and aesthetics into all of our enclosures to create a product which has been well received by customers throughout Europe. Where a process is particularly heat intensive our enclosures can also be supplied with integrated heat recovery systems.

We have over 40 years of experience in designing, fabricating and installing soundproofing enclosures in all industrial settings.

Paper and Cardboard Industry

The modern corrugator is a highly sophisticated, energy demanding machine, operating at speeds which only 10 years ago were unthinkable.

High speed and faster moving board means increased noise levels, which make enclosing certain areas of the machine a necessity, and with the enclosures comes the need for adequate ventilation.

Over the last years no pollution has focused intensively on bespoke solutions for soundproofing in the corrugating industry, where our modern enclosures can be complemented with our specifically designed Heat recovery Units.

Control Cabins

no pollution Industrial Systems supplies moderately sized soundproofed enclosures ideally suited for control panel operation or breakrooms within high noise environments. Cabins are designed to suit customer requirements and can be supplied with sub-floors to accommodate cable routing, air-conditioning or extraction and lighting. Cabins can be installed on elevated platforms to utilise available space and provide improved viewing for operators.
